Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 6 digestive biscuits
  2. 1 banana (Big)
  3. 1/2 cup hung curd
  4. 1/2 cup whipped cream
  5. 1 tbsp powdered sugar
  6. 1 tsp vanilla essence
  7. 1 tbsp melted butter
  8. 2 tbsp plum presarve or any jam
  9. For the toffee sauce:
  10. 2 tbsp Sugar
  11. 1 1/2 tsp Butter
  12. 2 tbsp Fresh Cream
  13. Few drops of vanilla essence.

Instructions

  1. Crushed biscuits and mix with butter. Set in the two small size bowls or glasses as the bottom layer.
  2. Keep in for 10 to 15 minutes to set.
  3. Mix the hung curd with powdered sugar, vanilla essence and whip to make fluffy and creamy.
  4. Transfer on the set and chilled biscuit crust as the second layer.
  5. Place sliced bananas as the third layer.
  6. Finally add in the whipped cream and again keep in the fridge.
  7. Before serving top with toffee sauce and jam.
  8. For making the toffee sauce: Add sugar in a heavy bottom pan with 1 tsp water. When the sugar melts and its colour changes into amber. Add butter and keep continuously stirring.
  9. As soon as the butter is mixed well, add fresh cream. Stir for 2 minutes, add vanilla essence and turn off the flame. Let it cool.
