Yummy and tasty mashed vegetables bhaji served with toasted buttered pav

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. carrot 1 cup
  2. cauliflower 1 cup
  3. potato 1 cup
  4. peas 1 cup
  5. onion 3 -4 medium size
  6. tomato 3 medium size
  7. Pav bhaji masal 2-3 tsp
  8. ginger garlic paste
  9. Red chili powder 1 tsp
  10. Pinch of turmeric powder
  11. coriander powder 1 tsp
  12. salt as per taste
  13. butter
  14. 4 pav bun


  1. Rinse and cook the vegetables(peas,carrot,cauliflower,potato) together in a pressure cooker for 3-4 Whistles.Once cooked,mash the veggies slightly
  2. Heat a kadai.Add 2 tsp of butter.Add onions,red chilly,ginger garlic paste.Saute it well till the onions turns light brown
  3. Add tomatoes and saute it well.Add turmeric powder,red chilli powder,coriander powder,pav bhaji masala,salt.
  4. Stir well till you gets a thick texture.Add the mashed veggies
  5. Mix it well till you gets the thick gravy consistency.Check for the spices. Switch off the flame.Add coriander leaves.Tasty Bhaji is ready.
  6. Now toast the pav buns with butter.Serve it with bhaji masala.
