Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. All purpose flour 100 gms
  2. Powdered sugar 100 gms
  3. Eggs 4
  4. Vanilla essence 1tsp
  5. Cocoa powder 2tbsp
  6. Mixed Fruit jam 1/4cup
  7. Oil 25 gms

Instructions

  1. Beat the sugar and eggs till creamy consistency.Add the vanilla.M ix
  2. Next fold the all purpose flour.Add oil and mix.
  3. Divide the batter into 2 equal portions.Add coco a powder to one portion of the cake batter.
  4. Pour the batters alternately on a prepared square cake tin.
  5. Tap to release the air bubbles.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180'c for 10 mins.
  7. Remove the Swiss Roll from oven and spread the jam on top and immediately roll it .
  8. Refrigerate the roll for 5-6 hours .
  9. Slice it and serve.
