ABOUT Gobi and Green gram daal (with skin) paratha with Pineapple raita RECIPE

I add green gram split with skin to the gobi paratha stuffing to add protein.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Cauliflower 1 1/2 cup
  2. Green gram split with skin 100 grams
  3. Potato 1 big (Boiled and mashed)
  4. Onion 2 small
  5. Kasoori methi 1 tbsp
  6. Coconut powder 2 tbsp
  7. Salt as per taste
  8. Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  9. Garam masala as per taste
  10. Ginger grated 1 tsp
  11. Garlic crushed 1 tsp
  12. Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
  13. Sesame seeds 1 tsp
  14. Wheat flour 2 cup
  15. Oil for seasoning and shallow fry

Instructions

  1. Grate cauliflower.
  2. Cook daal with little water and cool
  3. Knead wheat flour.
  4. Heat oil in a pan, add onion, saute, add cauliflower, saute for 5 minutes. Add ginger garlic salt turmeric garam masaala grated coconut sesame seeds. Mix well and cool. Add mashed potato
  5. Mix daal and cauliflower. Add kasoori methi. Adjust masala.
  6. Now make paratha with this stuffing. Spread butter and serve with pineapple raita.
