ABOUT Black Grapes Shrikhand RECIPE

This healthy dessert is ideal for a kids party as it has the goodness of both black grapes and yoghurt. It will be a sure hit and kids especially will enjoy this visually appealing dessert. Garnish as per your kids choice and serve them chilled or at room temperature.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Hung yoghurt made from 2 cups yoghurt
  2. 2 cups black grapes
  3. 3 tbsp. sugar or to taste
  4. 1/4 tsp. cardamom powder
  5. 1 tsp. kewra water
  6. chopped nuts, saffron & dry rose petals to garnish

Instructions

  1. Blend the grapes into a puree.
  2. Simmer along with sugar till all the moisture has evaporated. Keep aside to cool.
  3. Mix it along with the hung yoghurt.
  4. Pass through a sieve for a smooth texture.
  5. Add cardamom powder & kewra water. Combine well and refrigerate for some time.
  6. Spoon into individual bowls. Garnish with chopped nuts, saffron & rose petals. and serve.
