Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup boiled chana
  2. one Pinch of baking soda
  3. 3 big tomatoes chopped
  4. 7/8 garlic cloves
  5. Few chunks of ginger
  6. 2/3 green chillies
  7. 1 tbsp Kashmiri lal mirch powder
  8. 1 tbsp coriander powder
  9. 3 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  10. few coriander leaves for garnishing

Instructions

  1. 1 cup Channa me 1pinch baking soda dal ke over night soaked kar le
  2. Morning me Channa me 1tbsp salt add karke 7/8 vessel lagvaye Drain karke water aur boiled channa water separate kar le Water ko cooking me hum use karege
  3. Tomatoes, garlic, ginger,greenchilles, red chilly powder. Ye sab ko grind kar le
  4. Ek kadai ya curry pot me 3tbsp oil dale ,garam hone per tomato puree dal de,bhunte rahe tab tak jab tak masala oil na chord de aur ache se bhun na jaye bich bich me channa water dale taki masala jal na jaye
  5. Masala bhun jane per usme boiled channa dale sath me water add kare 1cup
  6. Low flame me pakne de channa Lid se cover kar de 15mins baad check karke dekhe Water suka hai ya nahi agar nahi toh thoda aur pakaye
  7. Last me 1tbsp coriander powder dale
  8. Garnish kare coriander se
  9. Hot serve kare
