ABOUT Stuffed Parantha Sandwich RECIPE

Yes ,stuffed parantha sandwich lures kid well when they're in no mood to eat normal roti sabzi.Stuff your paratha with any filling,Here my filling is some aloo and kheema mix mash,add little seasoning to pepp up the taste cheese will be great

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 -3 cups wheat flour
  2. 1 cup filling to stuff(potato kheema mash)
  3. 1 small onion chopped fine
  4. Some corriander
  5. 2tblspn oil to tava fry
  6. salt to manage
  7. 1/2 tspn red chilli kashmiri
  8. 1/2 tspn cummin powder
  9. 1-2tspn butter or cheese spread

Instructions

  1. Knead wheat flour semi soft
  2. Keep mash /filling ready
  3. Roll Dough into poori ,keep filling in centre
  4. Close with another poori,
  5. Roll into parantha lightly
  6. Heat a fiddle and tavafry this parantha
  7. As do e both sides cut with Pizza cutter into triangles
  8. Remove out triangles
  9. Serve as is
  10. Or apply slight butter or cheese spread make sandwich of the triangles
  11. Add fruits around to give your kids the best
