a tasty snack as well as a maindish you can give to your kids as this is made with cheesy spicy chickrn and potato filling

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. for dough:
  2. wheat flour-1.5cup
  3. water
  4. baking soda-1/2tsp
  5. salt-1tsp
  6. oil
  7. for filling
  8. cooked chicken-1/2cup
  9. potato-1
  10. onion-1 chopped finely
  11. chopped ginger garlic and greenchilli-3tsp
  12. redchilli powder-2tsp
  13. pepper powder-1tsp
  14. garam masala-1/2tsp
  15. cumin powder-1tsp
  16. corinader leaves
  17. salt
  18. shreaded mozrella-1/2cup


  1. make dough by adding wheat flour salt baking soda and enough water..set aside for 10mins
  2. to make filing in a kadai add oil first and then add the chopped potato fry till golden brown
  3. remove potato from oil and then to the same oil add finely chopped ginger garlic and green chillie
  4. then add the chopped onion once it becomes transclucent add the masalas and saute till raw smell goes
  5. then add the salt, fried potato and cooked chicken
  6. mix well until chicken gets well mixed with masalas
  7. add chopped coriander leaves and remove from flame add the shreaded mozrella and keep aside
  8. now take the dough roll it into the shape of chapati and keep the filling inside
  9. make it in the shape of box
  10. to the iron pan add a tsp of oil and place the meat box
  11. when one side turns golden brown turn another side add a tsp of oil
  12. served with tomato ketchep
  13. so our yummy cheesy meat box is ready to eat
