we always have tasted sweet Jalebi ,but this time I have made salty ,spicy and tangi Jalebi kids favourite.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. chickpea flour ,,,2 tablespoon
  2. all purpose flour (maida) ...2 tbsp
  3. rice flour...2 tablespoon
  4. yellow colour... pinch
  5. salt per your taste
  6. carom seed.... half teaspoon
  7. oil .....2 tbsp
  8. oil for frying
  9. for Jalebi topping.....
  10. boiled black desi Chana..1 bowl
  11. finely chopped green capsicum ....4 tablespoon
  12. finely chopped red capsicum ...4 tablespoon
  13. finely chopped yellow capsicum.... 4 tbsp
  14. finely chopped onion.... 4 tablespoon
  15. tamarind chutney.... 4tablespoon
  16. green chutney ...4 tablespoonf
  17. sev.... half bowl
  18. finely chopped coriander


  1. take a bowl and mix all the flour
  2. add salt carom seed and yellow colour
  3. make a batter added with water and 2 tablespoon of oil
  4. make a thin consistency so that the floor should be passed from the plastic cone
  5. keep aside for 10 minutes
  6. now make Ready other ingredients
  7. make Jalebi with the help of plastic cone
  8. prepare black chana added with some dry spices
  9. now in a plate set the jalebi
  10. with the help of spoon put the black chana on jalebis
  11. pour tamarind chutney and green chutney
  12. now Sprinkle three coloured capsicum onion
  13. finally add sev and coriander leaves
  14. and the Jalebi chaat is ready
