Delicious and tasty chicken cutlets that the kids simply love and can be a good evening snack too

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chicken 250 grms
  2. Onionn 1/2 cup finely chopped
  3. One medium potato boiled and mashed
  4. 1 to 2 green chillies slit
  5. ginger garlic paste one and half teaspoon
  6. handful of mint and coriander leaves
  7. garam masala powder 1 teaspoon
  8. rice flour half cup
  9. Chick pea flour one fourth Cup (you can substitute with an egg as well
  10. salt as per taste
  11. oil for frying
  12. dry spices one teaspoon each of red chilli powder ,turmeric powder and coriander powder

Instructions

  1. boil the chicken completely and then let it cool
  2. Once the chciken is cool, pulse in a blender
  3. add the onions ,the potatoes, the green chilli ,garam masala powder, ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder ,turmeric powder and coriander powder
  4. add chopped fresh coriander and mint
  5. now gradually add the flour little by little and keep kneading like we do fir regular flour.without adding any water
  6. the onions have enough moisture so there is no need to add any water
  7. form 8 to 9 cutlets
  8. I have used egg here for frying (you can use the chickpea flour aswell.) Add salt and pepper and simply dip the cutlets and fry
  9. Serve with chutneys
