Corn Sweet

Ingredients to make Corn Sweet

  • Corn flour 250 gms
  • sugar 250 gms
  • Food colour as required
  • Grated mixed dry fruits 1 cup
  • ghee 250 gms
  • Green cardamom powder 1 tsp
  • water 1/2 litre

How to make Corn Sweet

  1. Take a pan, add water and boil.
  2. Take a bowl, add corn flour, food colour and make a paste. Keep aside.
  3. When the water starts boiling add sugar, green cardamom powder and ghee. Stir continuously.
  4. Add corn paste, stir it continuously. There should not be any lumps.
  5. When it thickens, add chopped mixed dry fruits.
  6. Take a flat tray and brush with ghee and pour the cooked mixture.
  7. Set for an hour then cut into pieces and serve.

My Tip:

Can be preserved for more than a month.
