Creamy Mutar sause in cheesy rivoli

Ingredients to make Creamy Mutar sause in cheesy rivoli

  • Mutur 1cup
  • salt half tsp
  • Fresh cream 20ml
  • chilli flakes half tsp
  • Purpose flore 1cup
  • salt half tsp
  • oil 2tsp
  • Mozzarella cheese 40gms
  • coriander leaves half cup
  • cumin powder half tsp
  • chilli flakes half tsp
  • salt half tsp
  • butter 20gms

How to make Creamy Mutar sause in cheesy rivoli

  1. Let's prepare rivoli doe take a bowl put flore,salt oil
  2. Add some water to make a doe keep aside rest for 10mins..mean while take mutur into cooker
  3. Keep cook mutur at 3 vissles then smash it transfer to the strainer
  4. Will get fine pulp heat a cadai put butter
  5. Once butter melts pour already prepared mutur pulp on to pan
  6. Add salt,chilli flakes,cumin powder keep boil it
  7. Once it's gets forms nice thick sause add fresh cream
  8. Take rivoli doe make small puri shape mean while take cheese grated into plate add salt,chilli flakes,coriander make round balls
  9. Keep each puri stuff cheese ball close another puri press with the fork to the edges
  10. These cheese stuffed rivoli leave into boiled water keep boil 15 mins
  11. Take a plate pour mutur sause place cheese rivoli ready to serve

My Tip:

Press edges of rivoli other wise cheese will come out ..no need to add chilli powder sause turns colour
