Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1cup all -purpose flour
  2. 1tabs oil
  3. 3-4tabs spinach puree (make a smooth puree without using water )
  4. Salt to test
  5. Ingredients for stuffing ***
  6. 1/2cup boiled sweet corn,
  7. 2tabs spinach blanched and chopped
  8. 2tabs mozzarella cheese grated
  9. 2tabs proccessed cheese grated
  10. 1 tsp garlic finely chopped
  11. 1 green chilli finely chopped
  12. 1/2 tsp crushed black pepper
  13. 1/4 tsp oregeno
  14. Salt to test
  15. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Firstly in a bowl add all-purpose flour, oil, salt, along with the spinach puree and kneed a soft dough. Cover and rest the dough 10-15 minutes.
  2. Now in a pan heat oil add chopped garlic, green chilli saute 1-2minutes. Then add boiled sweet corn and chopped blanched spinach mix it and saute 1-2minutes more. Now add all seasoning oregeno, Crushed black pepper powder, salt to test.
  3. Now stir to combine mix well. Turn off flame. Let it completely cool. Once cooled add grated cheese and mix well. Divide the mixer into equal parts. And shape each into a round ball.
  4. Now take a little portion from the dough and flatten it with the help of hands. Take a ball and put into the centar and seal all side make a round shape of it keep aside.
  5. Now heat oil in a frying pan/kadhai over medium high heat. Fry the spinach corn cheese kachori balls until they turn crispy on both sides.
  6. Serve these spinach corn cheese kachori balls warm with sause and any chutney.
