Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Noodles 200 grams
  2. ghee 6 tablespoons
  3. onion sliced 1 medium
  4. carrot cut into thin strips 1 medium
  5. Green capsicum cut into thin strips 1 medium
  6. cabbage finely shredded 1/4 small
  7. Soy sauce 1 tablespoon
  8. salt to taste
  9. black pepper powder 1/4 teaspoon
  10. coriander chopped 8 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. 1.Boil noodles in sufficient water. Drain and cool. Heat ghee in a wok, add onion and stir-fry for two minutes. Add carrot, capsicum and cabbage and stir-fry for two minutes, stirring and tossing continuously
  2. 2.Add noodles, soy sauce, salt to taste and black pepper powder and cook on high heat for a couple of minutes or until the noodles are heated through, tossing continuously
  3. 3.mix well and serve hot garnished with coriander
