ABOUT Pickled Cucumber RECIPE

Great served in grilled sandwiches and burgers or as a sweet and sour accompaniment to any meal.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 seedless Cucumber
  2. 1/2 cup vinegar
  3. 1 tsp sugar
  4. 2-3 black peppercorn
  5. 1/4 tsp Yellow/white Mustard seeds
  6. 1 slice fresh Ginger
  7. salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. Slice the cucumber thinly.
  2. Combine the vinegar, sugar, salt, peppercorn, ginger, mustard seeds and salt in a clean and dry bottle and shake well.
  3. Add cucumber slices and leave the bottle for two days( you can also leave it in the fridge).
  4. Use as required after 2-3 days. Store refrigerated.
