Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 1 piece of burger Bun
  2. 1 boiled potato
  3. 1 Teaspoon boiled peas
  4. 1 Teaspoon chopped onion
  5. Beaten rice 1 Tablespoon
  6. Oil 1 Teaspoon
  7. 1/2 Teaspoon turmeric
  8. 1 Teaspoon chilly powder
  9. Corainder powder:1 Teaspoon
  10. Dry mango powder:1 Teaspoon
  11. Salt as per salt
  12. Cheese 1 slice
  13. Mayo 1 Teaspoon
  14. Tomato sauce 1 Teaspoon
  15. Bread crumbs 1 Tablespoon
  16. Cabbage:1 to 2 sheets of it
  17. Tomato slice:3 to 4
  18. Onion rings:2 to 4
  19. Maida :1 Tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Method: Heat oil in a pan. Add finely chopped onion to it . Saute it till it becomes translucent.
  2. Add boiled and mashed potatoes and peas to it. Add turmeric,red chilly powder,corainder powder,salt ,amchur powder,garam masala to it . Mix it well. Now make tikkis out of it . It should be thick of at least 1 inch .
  3. Now take maida and add water and salt in it and add little water and batter of it . Now drop tikki in it . Then drop this tikki in bread crumbs. And fry it on medium flame for few minutes untill it becomes golden brown and crispy in color.
  4. Now take burger Bun Cut it from middle. Spread mayo and sauce on both the sides of burger Now take 1 piece of burger and put cabbage leaf on it . Now put tikki on it . Put cheese slice on it .
