using this icecream base finally you can make any variety of creamy icecream at home without icecream maker

Ingredients Serving: 10

1/2 ltr full fat milk + 100 ml more to make corn flour slury
1 tbsp GMS powder
1/8th tsp CMC powder
8-9 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp corn flour

Instructions

keep the milk in a sauce pan land let it come to boil.
mix GMS powder, CMC powder ans corn flour in another 100 ml of milk..make sure every thing dissolves well.
when the milk comes to boil add the corn flour slury to it. keep stirring continously so that there are no lumps formed.. ad the sugar. mix it well....
now let this mixture cool down, then pour it in a container and keep it in the freezer and let it set for 7-8 hours.
you can use this icecream base to make different varieties of icecream...
