Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 cup poha
  2. 2 slices of bread
  3. 2 tbsp rice flour
  4. 2 chopped green chillies
  5. 1 finely chopped onion
  6. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  7. 1 tsp red chilli flakes
  8. 1 tsp chaat masala
  9. 1 tsp jeera powder
  10. Salt to taste
  11. 2 tbsp finely chopped green coriander leaves
  12. 2 tbsp curd
  13. 2 tbsp oil (as required)

Instructions

  1. Wash poha with help of charni
  2. Keep the washed poha (drain water) in the bowl
  3. Then soak bread into water and drain excess water
  4. Add bread into poha
  5. Then add all the leftover ingredients except oil
  6. Then mix it well
  7. Take a setting plate
  8. Grease setting plate
  9. And set the poha mixed with ingredients
  10. Keep this in fridge to set for 5 minutes
  11. Take the setting plate out from fridge and cut it in any shape
  12. Shallow fry the shaped poha cutlet
  13. Serve it with chutnies, sauce
