ABOUT Apple Rasam For Kids RECIPE

Kids usually avoid and dont eat Apples.. so make Apple Rasam and serve kids and elders which is high in nutrients and vitamins

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Apple 1
  2. Pepper 1 Tsp
  3. Cumin 1 Tsp
  4. Garlic 6 no
  5. Turmeric Power 1tsp
  6. Curry Leaves 5
  7. Mustard Seeds 1tsp
  8. Hing
  9. Red Chilli 1
  10. Gingelly Oil 2 Sp
  11. Coriander Leaves
  12. Tamarind Water 1 Cup
  13. Tomato 1

Instructions

  1. Take a while apple and Cut into pieces
  2. In a mixer Jar , Add pepper 1tsp, cumin 1tsp, Garlic 6 nos and Grind it
  3. Add in Apples into same Mixer jar and Grind it again to Smooth paste
  4. Take one small size tomato pulp in tamarind water
  5. Take a Pan add 2 sp Gingelly oil, and add in grinded paste to it
  6. Keep sauting till Raw smell Goes off
  7. Now add the Tamarind and tomato pulp water , 1tsp Turmeric Powder , salt and let it boil
  8. Once Apple Rasam starts Boiling, Add coriander leaves and switch off the flame
  9. For Tempering Apple Rasam, Add 1 spoon gingelly oil, Add in mustard seeds, Red Chilli, curry leaves and Hing
  10. Add the Tempering to Apple Rasam
  11. Now very Healthy and Nutritious Apple Rasam Ready, Best way to feed Apples to kids
