Strawberry Sorbet

Ingredients to make Strawberry Sorbet

  • 600 gm fresh Strawberry
  • Juice from 2 lemon
  • 100 ml liquid glucose or syrup
  • For the sugar syrup:
  • 150 gm sugar
  • 100 ml water

How to make Strawberry Sorbet

  1. First make the sugar syrup. Put the sugar and water in a saucepan, boil for 5 minutes.
  2. Stir in the lemon and glucose.
  3. Blend the strawberries and add the sugar syrup according to taste. Set aside to cool.
  4. When cool transfer the mixture to an ice cream machine.
  5. Churn until a soft sorbet has formed (about 30 to 40 minutes).
  6. Before serving sorbets. Transfer them to the freezer for 20 to 30 minutes.
