Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 1.1/2 cup all -purpose flour
  2. 3/4 cup condensed milk
  3. 3 tabs butter
  4. 3 tabs oil
  5. 1/3 cup sugar powder
  6. 1 cup milk
  7. 3 tabs cocoa powder
  8. 1.1/2 tsp instant coffee powder
  9. 1.1/2 tsp baking powder
  10. 1/2 tsp baking soda
  11. 1 tsp vanilla essence
  12. 1 tsp vinegar
  13. For chocolate Ganache****
  14. 1 cup dark chocolate
  15. 1/4 cup whipping cream


  1. Firstly sieve the all dry ingredients all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, coffee powder, baking soda, baking powder and keep aside.
  2. Now preheat oven 180°c on 10 minutes.
  3. Now in a mixing bowl take butter, oil add powdered sugar and mix well. Then add condensed milk, vinegar, vanilla essence and mix well.
  4. Now add sieve dry ingredients in the mixture. mix it really good. Add milk and mix well again.
  5. Now transfer the cake mixture into the greased tin. Spread it evenly and place the tin into the preheated oven and bake 180°c about 20-25minutes.
  6. Chocolate ganache -in a bowl add roughly chopped dark chocolate and whipping cream and microwave it for 15-20 seconds.
  7. Now whisk the chocolate and cream with the help of a wire whisk.
  8. Now put the cake on wired rack and place the container on the rack to collect the excess chocolate ganache.
  9. Now pour ganache at the center of the cake and garnish the cake with sprinkler.
