Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. All purpose flour -150grm
  2. Sugar powdered it-100grm
  3. Gram flour-1 tbsp
  4. Ghee/ butter (amul ghee) -100grm
  5. Salt -a pinch
  6. Baking soda 1/2tsp
  7. Elaichi powder/cardamom -1/2 tsp
  8. Saffron powder a pinch


  1. Take melted ghee,add safforon ,elaichi and powder sugar (it leave moisture)
  2. Mix well with the help of whisker
  3. Then add (flour+baking soda) with the help of spatula.
  4. Make a dough,here it should not be tight dough .So after 5 mins wrap it in cling film and refrigerate for 30mins
  5. After make balls and light preeti it .cracked automatically at the time of baking as seen it traditionally prepared earlier
  6. Bake in pre heated oven for17 to 20 minutes at 160 c (lg convection)
  7. Cool for 2 to 3 hrs atleast Serve
