Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 cup gram flour ( besan)
  2. 1/2 cup Rawa
  3. 1 bunch Coriender leaf's
  4. 2 green chillis( can reduce)
  5. 4 to 5 mint leaves
  6. 2 cloves garlic
  7. 1 tspoon oil
  8. 1 tspn sugar
  9. 1 tspn salt
  10. 1 tspn fruits salt
  11. For Tadka
  12. 1 1/2 tspn sugar
  13. 1 tspn lemon juice
  14. 1/2 tspn salt
  15. 1 green chill chopped
  16. 1 tspn til
  17. 1 tspn Mustard Seeds
  18. 1 tspn oil


  1. In a pot take gram flour rawa
  2. Add salt sugar oil n mix well
  3. Make a batter keep it aside
  4. In small pot of mixure take coriender mint leaves n chilli garlic add some water n grind till smooth paste
  5. This gree paste add into batter it will turn green
  6. Mix well n add 1 tspn fruits salt
  7. Batter do not over mix now pour it into a greased pan
  8. Steam it for 15 to 20 mins check by inserting tooth pick
  9. To Make tadka in a pan add 2 tspn oil mustard seeds green chilli
  10. Add 1 cup water salt sugar n lemon juice let it boil for 5 mins
  11. Unmould dhokla n sprinkle tadka into it dhokla will be more juicy n spongy
