Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Sandwich bread 8
  2. Paneer 150 grams
  3. Onion 1
  4. Tomato
  5. Ginger garlic paste one teaspoon
  6. Chilli powder 3/4 teaspoon
  7. Salt
  8. Ghee 2 tablespoons
  9. Tomato ketchup 2 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. Sabji on one side of speech bread slices
  2. Heat a pan and add 1 teaspoon ghee and saute onion
  3. Add ginger garlic paste
  4. Add tomatoes
  5. Add chilly powder
  6. Add salt
  7. Add tomato sauce
  8. Heat a tawa and place bread slices and spread sauce on the other side
  9. Place the filling and close it with a bread slice
  10. Cook till crispy on both sides
  11. Serve hot
