This is one of the yummiest cakes I have ever made.The taste of blueberries, cinnamon and crumble topping makes every bite scrumptious.

Ingredients Serving: 6
2 cups All-Purpose Flour (Maida)
12 tbsp granulated sugar
1/4 cup unsalted butter (Room temperature)
3/4 cup Milk
1 Egg (Room Temperature)
2 tsp Baking Powder
3/4 Tsp Salt
2 Cups Frozen Blueberries
For Crumble Topping :3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup plus 3 tbsp All Purpose Flour (Maida)
3/4 tsp Powdered Cinnamon
1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp Unsalted Butter, room temperature
Sugar Glaze: 1/2 cup Icing Sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp milk
Instructions
Preheat the oven at 180 degree centigrade.
Take a big bowl and mix all the cake ingredients together except blueberries.
Finally add the blueberries into the cake mix and mix it carefully without crushing the blueberries. Add a little bit of water if you feel that the batter is too dry.
In another bowl, mix all the crumble ingredients and keep mixing with a fork or a pastry cutter until the mixture is blended.
Spread the cake batter into the prepared cake pan and top evenly with the crumb topping.
Bake for 40 minutes, until the toothpick comes out clean.
Let the cake cool on a wire rack for 10 to 15 minutes.
Mix all the glaze ingredients together and drizzle it over the cake top. Eat it fresh and enjoy the heavenly taste.
