Ingredients to make Masala oats pancake with south style Sukha aloo and Kara chutney

  • Roasted oats 1 cup
  • maida half cup
  • Suji 2 tablespoon
  • Rice flour 1 tablespoon
  • yoghurt half cup
  • salt to taste
  • Large boil potato 2
  • Chopped tomato 2 large size
  • Chopped onion two large size
  • ginger keema one tablespoon
  • Chopped green chilli 1
  • Kari leaves 10 to 15
  • turmeric powder 1 tablespoon
  • cumin seeds one teaspoon
  • Black mustard seeds one teaspoon
  • White mustard seeds half teaspoon
  • Tera mind one tablespoon
  • chana dal 1 tablespoon
  • Dry red chilli 2
  • White oil 4 tbsp
  • water

How to make Masala oats pancake with south style Sukha aloo and Kara chutney

  1. Grind the roasted oats.
  2. Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl.
  3. then and yoghurt, salt and some water in a smooth batter.
  4. let this mixt sit for 10 minutes for the oats to observe water.
  5. Heat a fry pan grease little oil.
  6. Then pour of batter cover and cook till steam come out.
  7. Flip and cook uncovered till the both side are golden brown.
  8. then ready masala oats pancake.
  9. first in a fry pan heat 2 tbsp oil and roast cumin seeds, black mustard seeds, white mustard seed, dry red chilli and kari leaves.
  10. Rose till the dal turns slightly golden brown, then and Onions saute till the onions change color.
  11. now add tomato and saute till the tomatoes turns soft.
  12. cool the mixture completely and transferred to the blender.add in a small pieces taremind and half teaspoon salt. Bleand to smooth paste adding some water.
  13. Boil the potatoes well and peel off the skin.
  14. Finally chopped green chillies, ginger and onions keep ready.
  15. In a pan heat a 1 tablespoon of oil and add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, chana dal and dry red chilli. Then add kari leaves fry for a minute now add onion and fry till then turn translucent.
  16. Then add finely chopped Chilli and Ginger fry till the raw smell of Ginger. Now add boiled potatoe and turmeric powder mix all the mixture.
  17. Ready potato curry.
  18. Then plating masala oats pancake with South Style sukha alo and Kara chutney.
