Shrikhand Canapés with juicy ripe Plums! Sounds quite interesting, right kids? Well, Yes it does! Because I have used Plums in these beautiful looking Canapés . You can use any seasonal fruit of your choice instead and still whip up such amazing beauties. Enjoy with your loved ones and friends and celebrate those precious moments of togetherness with these easy no cook canapes. Happy No Cooking!

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Full fat yoghurt 500 gm
  2. Powdered sugar 1 cup
  3. cardamom Powder 1/8 tsp
  4. plums 8
  5. Marie Biscuits 15-16
  6. pistachio slivers 3-4 tbsp
  7. plum slices 1/2 cup


  1. Tie up yoghurt in a clean cloth and place it in a strainer underneath which there is a bowl for collecting the whey.
  2. Now leave it on the kitcher counter if the weather is cold and if it's humid and hot,the best place is the refrigerator. This is done to safeguard it from spoiling.
  3. After 24 hours, take out the thick strained yoghurt or hung curd. Make a puree of ripe and juicy plums with the powdered sugar added to it.
  4. Stir in this puree and the cardamom powder in the hung curd. Mix well until blended properly. Refrigerate until chilled.
  5. Place a generous scoop of this fruity shrikhand on the biscuits arranged neatly in a serving platter. Decorate it with pistachio slivers and a thin slice of Plum.
