Ingredients to make Shahi panner seekh kabab lollipops

  • Panner150 gms
  • Hundcurd 50gms
  • Bread grams 1cup
  • Cornstarch half cup
  • Green chilli paste 1tsp
  • cumin powder 1tsp
  • Garam masala half tsp
  • Daniya powder half tsp
  • coriander leaves half cup
  • salt half tsp
  • chilli powder half tsp
  • oil as needed
  • ginger garlic paste half tsp

How to make Shahi panner seekh kabab lollipops

  1. Let's prepare the kabab doe put panner,hung curd,c chilli paste,bread grams in a bowl
  2. Mix well smash panner or grated panner also can easily smash it but I added fresh panner pieces
  3. Mix well then add spicyseasoning for cumin powder,salt,chilli powder,besan,garam masala , daniya powder ,
  4. Mix up well al those for binding add cornstarch on to the doe
  5. Appy oil on hands take doe make round shape put stick in middle of kabab coat with semonella
  6. Heat a pan add oil put kabab sticks
  7. Fri both sides onces it's gets golden colour take out
  8. Keep all the kabab lollipops in a serving plate garnish with onion tomato sauce
  9. Ready to serve

My Tip:

For making kababs use hung curd instead of normal it's thick and tasty
