Multigrain masala roti

Ingredients to make Multigrain masala roti

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup rice flour
  • 1/4 jowar flour
  • 1/4 cup Gram flour/besan
  • 1 small chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  • 2 tbsp curd
  • 1 tsp green chilly paste
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp ghee
  • salt to taste
  • 3 tbso oil

How to make Multigrain masala roti

  1. In a mixing bowl mix all flour thoroughly
  2. Ad all spices, chopped veggies, ghee and salt. mix well.
  3. Using water knead a soft dough, cover and set for 20 minutes.
  4. Take small portion from dough and roll it.
  5. Heat tava and roast from both sides applying oil on both sides till done.
  6. Serve with curd.
