Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 bowl chopped carrot
  2. 1 bowl chopped cauliflower
  3. 1 bowl chopped onion
  4. 1 grated beetroot
  5. 1 chopped capsicum
  6. 2 tbsp grated ginger
  7. 2 tsp chopped green garlic
  8. 4 tsp grated mozrella cheese
  9. 1 tsp shezwaan sauce
  10. 4 tsp chopped coriander
  11. 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  12. 1/2 tsp red chilly powder
  13. 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  14. 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
  15. Salt as per taste
  16. 1/4 tsp garam masala powder
  17. 2 tsp desi ghee
  18. Whole wheat dough for making pranthas
  19. For garnishing
  20. Chopped coriander leaves
  21. Mozrella cheese

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl and mix all the vegetables
  2. add green garlic leaves, Ginger and coriander
  3. Mix well all vegetables
  4. Add grated Mozzarella cheese
  5. add all dry spices and mix well
  6. Now make a ball of whole wheat dough and roll it.place ball of ready stuffing in the centre
  7. Again make a ball and flatten it
  8. now heat a non stick pan pour some ghee and place the prantha...cook it till crispy and goldren brown from both sides
  9. Now with the help of Pizza cutter or knife cut upper layer of parantha and open the upper layer of the paratha
  10. Garnish with grated Mozzarella cheese and chopped coriander. Serve hot with sauce or chutney
