Aloo sabudand cutlet

Ingredients to make Aloo sabudand cutlet

  • 1/4 cup sabudana(soaked)
  • 3 medium size potato boiled
  • 1 tbsp crushed peanut
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala
  • 1 green chilli chopped
  • coriander leaves chopped
  • salt to taste
  • oil for frying

How to make Aloo sabudand cutlet

  1. Soak sabudana for 3 hours
  2. After 3 hours remove extra water from sabudana with the help of your palm
  3. Add sabudana in boiled mashed potatoes
  4. Add all masala and peanut
  5. Give shape of cutlet
  6. Heat oil
  7. Deep fry on high flame until crispy
  8. Serve with chutney and sauce

My Tip:

Add cashew nuts
