Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Raw Mangoes 3 kg
  2. Saunf 4 tbsp
  3. Methi seeds 2 tbsp
  4. Kalonji 3 tbsp
  5. Degi mirch 3 tbsp
  6. Red chilli powder 2 tbsp
  7. Mustard oil 1 litre
  8. Turmeric powder 3 tbsp
  9. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and wipe the mangoes. Cut in 8 pieces and put in sun for 5 -7 hours
  2. Heat a cup oil and add the dry masala except salt. Let it cool.
  3. Then mix in salt and mangoes.
  4. Pour in jar and tie the mouth of the jar with a muslin cloth. Keep in the sun for a week.
