Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Oreo cookies 20
  2. unsalted butter 50 grams
  3. white chocolate 1.5 cup
  4. sugar to tablespoon
  5. water 4 tbsp
  6. whipping cream 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Take butter in a sauce pan and malt it down.
  2. now take Oreo cookies it in blender and powdered them.
  3. take it in a bowl for pure in butter and mix well.
  4. spoon this into the serving dish and smoothen it evenly.
  5. now mailed white chocolate and butter in a microwave safe bowl and let it cool.
  6. add pure this over the mousse and set it in fridge for 5 to 6 hours.
  7. Frost the cake around the side and top some Cherry.
  8. then ready to serve yummy delicious mousse cake.
