Kids can enjoy these colourful pinwheels any time
take the biscuits in a mixture jar (break into small pieces)
Make fine powder
strain all to make very fine powder
divide it into two equal parts
add cocoa powder in one part
Mix it very well
Now add 5 table spoons of condensed milk to each part
Knead well into smooth dough
using the same process make two smooth doughs
now take a butter paper and place one dough in the centre
press it with a rolling pin to make a square shape
Applying the same process make another one
Now place the chocolate one over the plain one so that chocolate texture can be appear on the center
now spread some sprinklers at the edge
press and roll tightly along with the butter paper
sprinklers will come in the centre
keep as it is in the refrigerator for minimum 2 hours
now remove the butter paper and cut the edges
cut them into equal parts( about 1 inch thick)
sprinkled pinwheels are ready to serve
