Children are normally very fond of cakes.this dessert is made of cakes and for its nice decoration it will attract their eyes..try this recipe at home and make your kids happy....

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. flour 1 cup
  2. Powdered sugar 1 cup
  3. Coco powder 3 tbsp
  4. Baking Powder 1 Tsp
  5. oil 1/4 tsp
  6. Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  7. egg 3
  8. For gannche--
  9. White chocolate 1 cup
  10. Fresh cream 1/2 cup
  11. For chocolate glaze--
  12. Fresh cream 1/2 cup
  13. Coco powder 1/2 cup
  14. Powdered sugar 1 cup
  15. water 1/2 cup
  16. Gelatine 1 1/2 tsp
  17. For decoration--
  18. Nuts,fruits,sugar ball etc


  1. Grease baking mould and keep aside.
  2. Preheat oven at 180 degree temperature.
  3. Take a bowl add flour,coco powder,baking powder.mix well and keep aside..
  4. Take a bowl add 3 eggs and beat the eggs till light and fluffy.
  5. Add the sugar and beat again till mixture is creamy..
  6. Now add the vanilla essence,refined oil and beat again..
  7. Next gently fold in maida & cocoa with a spoon.
  8. Pour in a greased cake tin..
  9. Bake cake for 30 min.
  10. Take a microsafe bowl add white chocolate(dark chocolate can be use to) and cream.melt chocolate and cream in for 1 min.gannche is ready.keep aside for chilling.
  11. Cut the cake into two layers.
  12. Place one part of the cake on a plate and spred gannche.
  13. Next place the other cake on top.
  14. Now cut the cake in small square pieces.
  15. In a non stick pan add cream,coco powder,sugar,water and boil..
  16. Continue stiring and boiling for 4 min over low heat..
  17. Melt the soaked gelatine for 10 secs and add to the above mixture..
  18. Chill in refrigetator to thicken.
  19. Now pour over each mini cake and decorate with pearl,sugar ball,fruits,nuts,sugar flower,edible glitter etc.
  20. Chill and serve..
