Easy to make and kids love it
In a mixer jar grind all biscuits fine
Melt butter
Add to biscuits mix well and set in a cake tin
In a bowl take chocolate cut into cubes, now heat fresh cream on medium flame just rise air bubbles
Add this cream in chocolate and rest for 1 or 2 minutes then stir continuously and make sure there is no lumps
Pour this ganache in cake tin on top
Garnish with strawberry and crushed dry fruits and freez it minimum 3 hours or over night Then cut and serve
