  1. Raw banana_3_4
  2. Turmeric Powder-1 tsp
  3. White pepper powder-1/4 tsp
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Peel bananas and cut into slices
  2. Coated with salt and leave for 20-25 minutes
  3. Now mix all masala and again leave for sometime
  4. After some time remove masala
  5. Fry in oil
  6. Remove on tissue paper,spread chat masala
  7. Once cool keep in airtight container
