Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Eggs 2
  2. Milk 1/2 cup
  3. Potato 1
  4. Chicken 1/2 cup finely chopped
  5. Onion 1
  6. Pepper powder 1 teaspoon
  7. Chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon
  8. Ginger 1/2teaspoon chopped /grated
  9. Coriander leaves chopped 1 tablespoon
  10. Salt as per taste
  11. Oil 3 tablespoon
  12. Curry leaves chopped 1teaspoon
  13. 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes and cut them into slices.
  2. Saute chicken pieces with salt and chilli powder or can use marinated chicken and keep aside. Can skip this step. And use chicken as it is. Or can replace chicken with mushrooms / paneer/ soya chunks / any vegetables of your choice.
  3. In a frying pan apply oil and put potato slice and saute add pepper and saute for a min.
  4. Add finely chopped chicken and saute for 2 mins. Add chopped onions fry in medium flame.
  5. In a bowl break open 2 eggs add salt, pepper, chilli powder, grated ginger, grated or powdered nutmeg, milk and beat well. Can adjust the amount of chilli powder according to your taste.
  6. Pour the mixture to the potatoes in frying pan, add curry leaf and cover lid. Keep in low flame and cook. Thickness depends on your choice can prepare thick or thinner.
  7. Add chopped coriander leaf and serve hot with tomato sauce
