Ice Cream Cake

Ingredients to make Ice Cream Cake

  • 500 ml full fat milk
  • 9 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1 1/2 tbsp milk powder
  • 1 1/2 tbsp corn flour
  • 1 1/2 tbsp G.M.S
  • 1/8 tsp C. M. C
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Amul Fresh cream
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp chocolate drinking powder
  • Few drops of vanilla essence
  • Few drops of chocolate essence
  • Few drops of yellow food colour or saffron 3-4
  • Few drops of green food colour

How to make Ice Cream Cake

  1. Take a small bowl of milk and add milk powder, cornflour, G. M. S, C. M. C. Mix it well.
  2. Take remaining milk, add sugar and boil it till 3-4 boil or for 10 minutes.
  3. Add milk mixture in boiling milk. Stir it and boil it for another 5 minutes.
  4. Cool it till it reaches at room temperature. Freeze it till 1 1/2 hour.
  5. After freezing, add Amul fresh cream and beat till it becomes fluffy.
  6. Add vanilla essence and mix it.
  7. Pour the ice-cream mix in 3 bowl.
  8. In one, add cocoa, chocolate drinking powder and chocolate essence. Mix it.
  9. Add yellow color or saffron in another and mix it.
  10. Add green color in another and mix it.
  11. Now take plastic tin, add vanilla ice-cream and let it set for 2 minutes in the deep fridge.
  12. Next, add chocolate chip ice-cream and let it set for 2 minutes in the fridge.
  13. Next, add yellow or saffron ice-cream and set for 2 minutes.
  14. Lastly, add in the green ice-cream or pistachio ice cream and cover with the lid. Let it set up to 7-8 hour in a freezer.
