Cake by using Wheat flour, Strawberry and Cocoa.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Wheat flour 3 cups
  2. Strawberries 15 to 20
  3. Sugar 2 cups
  4. Butter 250 gms
  5. Baking Powder 1 Tsp
  6. Cocoa powder 1 tbsp
  7. Eggs 3
  8. Vanilla essence 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Sieve flour and baking powder and keep aside.
  2. Wash strawberries and blend.
  3. Beat eggs.
  4. Beat butter and sugar. Mix well.
  5. Add flour and mix again to make it soft.
  6. Add eggs and mix to make it fluffy.
  7. Add vanilla essence and divide batter in 2 parts.
  8. Add cocoa powder to half and strawberries to the other half.
  9. Preheat the oven for 180 degree centigrade.
  10. Grease a baking dish and make a layers of both the batter.
  11. Bake for 40 minutes and serve.
