ABOUT Chicken 65. RECIPE

A delicious chicken dish, kids definitely love. My son s fav dish.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. chicken pieces , cut into a big pieces. 15.
  2. coriander powder 2 tbsp.
  3. chilli powder 2 tsp
  4. turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  5. Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  6. ginger Garlic paste 2 tbsp
  7. Chopped onion 3 tbsp
  8. curd 2 tbsp
  9. salt
  10. Corn flour 1 1/2 tbsp
  11. oil to deep fry.

Instructions

  1. Mix all Ingrediants , except oil.
  2. Marinate chicken, & keep in fridge for 4 to 5 hrs, if u have more time.
  3. Or just marinate the pieces, & keep aside for 1 or 1/ 2 an hour.
  4. Deep fry the pieces in hot oil, add some curry leaves also.
  5. Serve hot with chapattis or parottas with salad.
