Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Carrot chopped 3tbsp
  2. Capsicum chopped 2 tbsp
  3. onion chopped 1 tablespoon
  4. coriander leaves chopped two tablespoon.
  5. Egg 2
  6. Pepper 1/4 tsp
  7. Noodles 1 pack
  8. Basil pwdr 1/4tsp
  9. Oregano 1/4tsp
  10. Ghee as required
  11. Olive oil 1Tbsp
  12. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Take the required ingredients
  2. In a bowl add 2 egg with salt and pepper .mix it well.
  3. Then heat a pan add oil .when the oil heated add onion and saute for a min add some salt also .
  4. Then add all the veg and saute for 2mins.
  5. Then add Basil ,oregano pwdr and saute it for a min and transfer it to a bowl.
  6. In a same pan add 1 cup of water .when the water boiled add noodles . Cook it for 10 mins .
  7. When the noodles cooked transfer it to a cold water for 1 mins then drain all the water.
  8. Transfer it to the bowl.
  9. In a pan add ghee and spread it .
  10. Then add cooked noodles and spread it
  11. Then spread the egg to it
  12. Then add all the veg and close the lid and cook for 2 mins .then transfer it to a plate .
  13. Yummy noodles pizza is ready.
