ABOUT Tofu Oreo Panna Cotta RECIPE

Panna Cotta is a Itallian desert often made with fresh cream but I modified the conventional recipe with a bit of healthier twist and I choose to use tofu instead of heavy thick cream . So if you’re trying to shave off calories but still want to indulge some delicious desert like me then it’s just perfect for you.I have prepared it with agar agar. But you can use gelatin also.
