Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 150 grams of butter, melted
  2. 2 Eggs
  3. 1 1/4 cup cane sugar
  4. 1/2 cup wholewheat flour
  5. 3/4 cup cocoa powder
  6. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract


  1. Pre heat the oven at 160 degrees centigrade and prepare the brownie tray.
  2. Whisk the melted butter and cane sugar well.
  3. Add the cocoa powder and mix nicely.
  4. Add the extract.
  5. Add 1 egg at a time and whisk well till both are mixed well.
  6. Add the flour slowly in 2 parts and mix slowly, but well.
  7. Spread it into the brownie tray evenly.
  8. Bake at 160 degrees centigrade for 25-30 minutes, or until the toothpick comes out clean or slightly moist.
  9. Cool it off and slice it into squares.
