Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Moong dal 2 bowl
  2. Ginger paste. 1 table spoon
  3. salt as per taste
  4. Chopped onion 1 bowl
  5. Chopped coriender leaves 1/2 bowl
  6. Chopped green chilli 1 tea spoon
  7. baking soda pinch of
  8. Lemon juice 1 tea spoon
  9. Termeric powder pinch of
  10. oil for deep fry
  11. Besan 1 spoon
  12. Sooji 1 spoon
  13. Water as per required

Instructions

  1. Take moong dal ..add sufficient water .soak it for 8 / 10 hours .
  2. Then take dal graind it in mixture ..(not much)
  3. Add chopped onnion,coriander,salt,baking soda,chilli. Mix it well.
  4. Add sooji and besan .
  5. Now add lemon juice n make it thick batter by using water.
  6. Take pan ..add sufficient oil ..fry pakodas from that batter.
  7. Sarve with ketch up.
