Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 3 cups dried rotini pasta
  2. 1 cup finely sliced red onions
  3. 1 cup cooked Lima beans
  4. 1 cup mixed peas and carrots
  5. 1 cup finely sliced bell peppers
  6. 4-5 spoons fresh cream
  7. 1 spoon dried Italian herbs
  8. 2 cups fresh basil leaf
  9. 4-5 spoons fresh olive oil
  10. 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  11. 1 spoon pepper
  12. Salt to taste
  13. 6-8 cups water
  14. 1 spoon dried red chilli flakes
  15. 1 cup broccoli

Instructions

  1. Take a pan and add the dried pasta add a bit of salt and olive oil and let the pasta cook well
  2. Take a pan heat some olive oil and add the garlic, add some onions and sauté well
  3. Add all the vegetables broccoli, peas, carrots and Lima beans
  4. Cook the vegetables for 5 mins it’s time to make the pesto sauce
  5. In a blender add the basil leaves, half cup of Parmesan cheese, pepper and little salt
  6. Add olive oil and blend well. Add a bit of water to make a fine paste
  7. Pesto sauce is ready , add this to vegetables and add the pasta
  8. Add dried Italian herbs and cook for 5 minutes till pasta mixes with vegetables
  9. Serve with cream
