Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 1/2 cup short rice
  2. 1 teaspoon butter
  3. 1/2 cup white wine
  4. 1 tspn salt
  5. 1 tspn sugar
  6. 1 bowl Chopped spinach
  7. 1 tblspn chopped red bell pepper
  8. 1 tblspn chopped yellow belll pepper
  9. 1/2 tspn chat masala

Instructions

  1. Wash the rice.
  2. Take a big vessel and boil the rice.
  3. Water should not be left in the rice when done and should be thick too.
  4. After it is done then add butter.
  5. On the other hand take a small bowl and add sugar, white wine and salt.
  6. Mix it well till the sugar is dissolved.
  7. After it is dissolved then pour it in the boiling rice.
  8. Mix it cery well and switch off the gas.
  9. Now let it cool down.
  10. On the other hand take a kadai and add washed and chopped spinach.
  11. Now add both the chopped bell peppers in it.
  12. Sprinkle the chat masala and mix it.
  13. The mixture should be dry so evaporate all the excess water of the spinach by stirring it continously.
  14. Now take a big cling wrap and keep it on the counter.
  15. Now spread the cooked rice evenly on the cling wrap.
  16. Now stuff the spinach mixture into the rice.
  17. Now with the help of cling wrap fold the rice spread mixture carefully till the end.
  18. Likewise make another one.
  19. To set these Sushi Rolls, keep these Rolls at the room temperature or in the fridge for ten mins.
  20. After ten mins, cut these Spinach Stuffed Sushi Rolls by removing the cling wrap.
  21. Here now our spinach stuffed sushi rolls are ready to eat.
  22. Serve it with aby dip aur sauce or chutney.
  23. Before serving you can microwave also for five mins.
  24. It is the best option to make the kids eat the nutrients and protein and iron.
