Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 litre milk
  2. 3 spoon curd
  3. 6 spoon powdered sugar
  4. 4 spoon caramel syrup
  5. 1 pinch cinnamon powder
  6. 1 cup finely chopped Apple
  7. 1 cup finely chopped kiwi
  8. 1 cup finely chopped strawberry
  9. 1 cup pomegranate seeds

Instructions

  1. Boil milk on low flame
  2. After boiling keep the flame on low and mix beaten curd in milk
  3. Stir well and let the milk curdle completely
  4. When the milk curdle completely seive into a thin muslin cloth
  5. Pour 1 cup cold water to extract the sourness
  6. Leave for 15 minutes to drain excess water
  7. Put into a plate and mash for 2 minutes with your palms
  8. Add powdered sugar and cinnamon powder and mash with your palms until the mixture smoothens
  9. Your sandesh mixture is ready
  10. In 2 long glasses pour 1 spoon of caramel syrup,then 1 spoon of sandesh,then pomegranate seeds,sandesh,kiwi,sandesh, strawberry,sandesh then apple at last
  11. Press lightly with spoon after each step to set it completely in the glass
  12. Top with fruits and caramel syrup
  13. Keep in fridge for 1 hour to set the layers
  14. Serve chilled
