Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup wheat flour
  2. 1/2 cup beetroot puree
  3. Salt as per taste
  4. Oil as per requirement
  5. 200 gram cottage cheese
  6. 2 spoon mixed herbs
  7. 2 onions
  8. 1 cucumber
  9. 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  10. 3 spoon tomato sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix wheat flour,salt,2 spoon oil and beetroot puree in a bowl
  2. Knead a soft dough by adding water
  3. Cover and keep aside for 1o minutes
  4. Cut cottage cheese in long thick slices
  5. Mix salt,1 spoon oil and 1 spoon mixed herbs in cottage cheese and keep aside for 10 minutes
  6. Grill marinated cottage cheese from both sides in a non stick grilling pan
  7. Thinly slice onion and cucumber
  8. In a bowl Mix onion,cucumber,mayonnaise,sauce and 1 spoon mixed herbs
  9. Devide the dough in equal portions and roll into a thin circle
  10. Slightly cook from both sides in a pan
  11. Keep on a plate and spread 2 spoon onion mixture in middle of it
  12. Put 2-3 grilled cottage cheese and roll tightly
  13. Cook from both sides by applying little oil on a pan
  14. Fold in a aluminum foil and serve hot
