Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat flour 1cup
  2. methi leaves chopped - 1/2cup
  3. salt to taste
  4. Gingergarlic crushed
  5. Ajwain 1/2tsp
  6. White Sesame 1/2tsp
  7. Red chilli powder 1/2tsp
  8. turmeric powder 1/2tsp
  9. Zeera powder 1/2tsp
  10. besan 1-2spoons
  11. curd - a laddle full
  12. water 1-2tsps

Instructions

  1. Take wheat flour 1cup,add 1-2tsps of besan,red chilli powder,salt,zeera powder,gingergarlic paste,finely chopped green chilli 1/2tsp,turmeric powder 1/2tsp,finely chopped methi leaves.
  2. Add a pinch of ajwain and a pinch of sesame to enhance the taste. Mix it well,add 3tsp curd,mix it and then add water to form a dough. Add 1tsp oil and keep kneading dough fr 3-4mins. Then prepare thepla same like chapatis and fry on tava.
  3. Apply ghee on both sides. Serve hot with curd and pickle
  4. Ready to serve
