Ingredients Serving: 2
Wheat flour 1cup
methi leaves chopped - 1/2cup
salt to taste
Gingergarlic crushed
Ajwain 1/2tsp
White Sesame 1/2tsp
Red chilli powder 1/2tsp
turmeric powder 1/2tsp
Zeera powder 1/2tsp
besan 1-2spoons
curd - a laddle full
water 1-2tsps
Instructions
Take wheat flour 1cup,add 1-2tsps of besan,red chilli powder,salt,zeera powder,gingergarlic paste,finely chopped green chilli 1/2tsp,turmeric powder 1/2tsp,finely chopped methi leaves.
Add a pinch of ajwain and a pinch of sesame to enhance the taste.
Mix it well,add 3tsp curd,mix it and then add water to form a dough.
Add 1tsp oil and keep kneading dough fr 3-4mins.
Then prepare thepla same like chapatis and fry on tava.
Apply ghee on both sides.
Serve hot with curd and pickle
